What We Offer
6 Week Beginners' Course
Want to try CrossFit but nervous about joining a class? This opportunity will be perfect for you as everyone will be in the same situation!
Our Beginners' Course runs over 6 weeks and consists of 2 sessions a week (Wednesday and Friday 7:30-8:30pm). These sessions are designed to help you build an understanding of the fundamentals of CrossFit, the movements involved and, most importantly, how to perform them safely.
Spaces are limited with only 12 available, and at only £7.50 per session, it's an offer not to be missed.
CrossFit Sessions
The majority of our CrossFit sessions include a strength/skill element followed by a metabolic conditioning WOD (Workout of the Day). Programming is written in 6 week blocks, each one focussing on 2 main lifts plus a gymnastics skill. All other main lifts and gymnastic movements are included, but will not be the primary focus for that block.
Met-cons vary in length and intensity. On higher skill days workouts are shorter but at higher intensity, whereas on lower skill days workouts are longer but at medium to low intensity.
Some sessions contain only a met-con of a long duration and the strength/skill element will be included.
Olympic Weightlifting
Our weightlifting sessions focus on technique and strength work associated with the 2 main Olympic lifts - the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Regardless of ability, this is the perfect class to either learn to lift from scratch or fine-tune your technique.
Gymnastics
In CrossFit, bodyweight movements are considered gymnastics, from a simple air squat or push up, to a more advanced skill such as a pull up or muscle up. We take skills from the sport of gymnastics and apply them to workouts. Our Gymnastics Sessions, like our Olympic Lifting Sessions, are the ideal time to learn, practise and perfect all these skills.
CrossFit Capacity
Our CrossFit Capacity sessions are designed to challenge your physical and mental toughness, whilst having fun too! Unlike our main 'CrossFit' classes, a Capacity class doesn't contain a strength section and is purely conditioning based. Varying from longer endurance focused WODs to interval work, as well as Team WODs in either pairs or 3's, this is the perfect class if you are looking to lose weight, improve fitness, or simply to get sweaty, have fun and leave with a feeling of accomplishment!
Personal Training
Whether you are looking for that extra guided training to sharpen up your gymnastics and lifting skills, or maybe you struggle with confidence in a group setting, then our 1-2-1 and 2-2-1 Personal Training sessions are perfect for you! Tailored to your individual needs, these sessions help you gain an understanding of your body's capabilities and improve your confidence no end. Personal Training sessions take place between classes and are arranged at a time convenient to you.
CrossFit Kids
Suitable for ages 10-15 years, these sessions provide an ideal opportunity for children of all sporting abilities to be involved in a fitness based after school activity. Our 45 minute CrossFit Kids/Teens sessions take place every Monday during term time at 4:30pm. Led by Keri, they are fun yet challenging in many ways and designed to improve strength, stamina and coordination, as well as providing an ideal opportunity to meet new friends and gain the extra 'edge' which will help towards other sporting activities. Owner and Head Coach Ty started his CrossFit journey by attending kids/teens sessions and it was one of the best things he's ever done!

“My CrossFit journey began at the age of 14 attending CrossFit Teen Classes at a local box once a week. After a couple of years, my passion for training and fitness grew, which led to me pursuing a career in the fitness industry. In 2019 I began my coaching career by completing my Level 1 Certification in both CrossFit and British Weightlifting. I also qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer. My favourite movement is the bar muscle and my least is the overhead squat!”
Sam Chapman
Coach
“I discovered CrossFit in 2019, after struggling with ‘normal’ gyms. I quickly found that CrossFit gave me so much more than anything I had done before - the perfect blend of fitness, fun and community! Wanting to better myself further, I completed my British Weightlifting Level 1 and soon after attained my CrossFit Level 1. My perfect session would be a heavy EMOM with a little gymnastics thrown in :)”
Caroline Vigurs
Coach
"After having my children, I wanted to improve my fitness but didn’t want to ‘hit the gym’ and craved the camaraderie of a team sport. I found CrossFit! Working out with a positive group of people not only pushes you, but every individual achievement is celebrated. Starting out, I needed to scale most workouts but soon managed to learn and develop new skills (and now love a heavy barbell!). I completed my Level 1 to give back to the community and to help encourage others to achieve their goals. My favourite movement would be a deadlift or a box jump, but you can keep thrusters or long runs..!!!"
Keri Church
Coach
"As a busy mum of 2, I fully understanding how a demanding lifestyle can get in the way of your fitness journey. I was in that situation 6 years ago after the birth of my youngest child. After joining a local CrossFit gym, I developed a new passion for the world of fitness and decided to train as a coach so I could give something back to the industry that massively helped me - firstly becoming a Level 3 Personal Trainer and then completing my CrossFit Level 1. I want to show people that, regardless of their current fitness levels, CrossFit can help them become a stronger, healthier, happier version of themselves! I absolutely love what CrossFit stands for - a strong and supportive community which lifts you up and celebrates your every achievement, big or small! There is no better feeling than seeing and helping others achieve their goals and become part of the CrossFit community!
My favourite movements are a heavy clean or anything which involves being upside down, but my least favourite are overhead squats and rope climbs!"
